AI Workflow Audit

One week. One working plan.

A fixed $750 look at your workflows before any software gets built.

$750. One week.

Built for owner-led service businesses that want a working plan, not a strategy deck. If AI helps, it gets used carefully. If the real issue is handoffs, reporting, or ownership, the audit says that.

What you leave with

  1. 01

    Workflow inventory

The recurring work that eats time: intake, triage, routing, follow-up, reporting, and document handoffs.

  2. 02

    Three workflow maps

Inputs, actors, tools, handoffs, decisions, exceptions, and failure points for the three best candidates.

  3. 03

    Hours-saved estimate

Conservative ranges, with the assumptions written down.

  4. 04

    Priority recommendation

What to build first, what to leave alone, and why.

  5. 05

    Priced statement of work

Fixed-scope pilot options with a timeline and dependencies.

The week

  • Day 0

    Kickoff. A 45–60 minute working session with a decision-maker.

  • Days 1–3

Discovery. Interviews and walkthroughs of the real workflows.

  • Days 3–5

Analysis. Maps, estimates, and priority calls.

  • Days 5–7

Readout. Deliverables, priced options, and a next-step decision.

The $750 is not a cash refund. If you start an Ironclad Ops pilot within 30 days of the readout, the full $750 credits toward that pilot. A pilot, when one is warranted, has been scoped at $2,500–$5,000. Support after that, if you want it, has been $500–$1,000 a month. Neither is required to do the audit.

Not a fit if you want an open-ended strategy project, a staff-replacement pitch, or you cannot put a decision-maker in the room for a few hours.
