1. Who we are
Ironclad Ops LLC is a veteran-owned product studio in Forney, Texas. We build software products and publish them on this site. We also respond to inquiries about a reserved consulting offer, the AI Workflow Audit.
2. Information we collect
We may collect information you choose to provide when you contact us, request a consultation, discuss a project, subscribe to updates, or otherwise interact with Ironclad Ops. This may include your name, email address, phone number, organization, role, project details, and the contents of your message.
We may also receive basic technical information from website hosting, analytics, security, or logging tools, such as browser type, pages visited, timestamps, referring pages, approximate location, and device information.
3. How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, provide product support, evaluate fit for the AI Workflow Audit, deliver contracted work, improve the website, maintain security, meet legal obligations, and operate Ironclad Ops.
We do not sell personal information and do not use submitted project or contact details to build third-party advertising profiles.
4. Client and project information
If you share business process details, documents, datasets, system screenshots, credentials, or other operational information as part of a project, that information is handled for the purpose of evaluating or delivering the requested work.
Please do not send passwords, API keys, regulated records, payment card data, protected health information, classified information, or other sensitive material through a general website contact form. If a project requires sensitive access, we will establish an appropriate intake and handling process.
File Chase: client documents
Client files uploaded through a File Chase checklist link are stored in a private Vercel Blob store. The storage region is US East (Virginia), Vercel region iad1.
Access is private. Clients have no accounts. Downloads require the bookkeeper's signed-in session. Blob URLs are not shown to clients.
File Chase does not automatically delete client files when a trial ends or a subscription is canceled. The bookkeeper can still sign in and see what was saved.
For deletion or account data requests, email [email protected].
5. Service providers
We may use third-party providers for website hosting, email, analytics, scheduling, customer communication, document storage, automation, and security. These providers process information according to their own terms and privacy practices and only as needed to support Ironclad Ops operations.
6. Retention
We retain contact, proposal, and project information only as long as reasonably necessary for business operations, legal compliance, security, dispute resolution, and recordkeeping. Retention periods may vary depending on the nature of the relationship and applicable requirements.
7. Your choices
You may contact us to request that we update, correct, or delete information you previously provided, subject to legal, contractual, security, and operational limits.
8. Children's privacy
Ironclad Ops services and website are intended for businesses and professional audiences. They are not directed to children.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Ironclad Ops services, systems, or legal obligations change. The updated date above will reflect the latest revision.
