The studio

Ironclad Ops LLC is in Forney, Texas. These terms are the agreement for using the products published on this site. A price or a trial stated on a product page is part of that product's terms.

File Chase subscriptions

File Chase is sold as a monthly subscription for the bookkeeper. The regular price is $39 a month. The first 25 bookkeepers can start at a founding price of $29 a month. That founding price stays while the subscription stays active. If you cancel and subscribe again later, the regular $39 price applies.

Trial, billing, and canceling

A new File Chase account has a 14-day trial. The trial does not ask for a card. After the trial, a subscription is required to add clients, edit checklists, upload, and download. You can still sign in and read what you saved. Client links stay paused until you subscribe. Nothing is deleted.

Checkout and the billing portal are handled by Stripe. You can cancel anytime. Canceling in the portal stops renewal. You can subscribe again from Settings. Canceling ends the founding price.
