The problem

Do I need a card?

No. The trial is 14 days and does not ask for a card.

What does locked while subscribed mean?

Your $29 founding price stays as long as your subscription is active. If you cancel and come back later, the regular $39 price applies.

What happens when the trial ends, and how do I cancel?

A new account has 14 days. No card is required to start. After the trial, subscribe to add clients, edit checklists, upload, and download. You can still sign in and read what you saved. Client links say the link is paused until you subscribe. Nothing is deleted. Checkout and the billing portal are handled by Stripe. Canceling in the portal stops renewal. You can subscribe again from Settings.

Do clients need an account?

No. They open the checklist link. There is no client login.

Can I download everything at once?

Yes. Download all the files from a close as one zip.
